Ebony Smith is the CEO and Founder of Gracefull Grind Strategies, a digital marketing agency transforming how organizations engage with and mobilize their communities online. She combines data-focused strategic marketing with visual storytelling to help nonprofits and community organizations expand their reach and impact. Through her work with changemakers in education, community public safety, public health, and family social service, she amplifies voices that need to be heard and activates people ready to create change. Her approach supports organizations in historically underserved areas that desire to positively shift narratives in their neighborhoods.
About: Ebony is an award winning digital strategist, teacher, and speaker who uses proven tactics, strategies, and trends to create forward-thinking digital campaigns that lead with an empathetic approach. With a BA in communications from Louisiana State University, Ebony uses her background in digital marketing strategy, content creation, and social media management to help create change in communities.
Ebony completed the Goldman Sachs program for Black women entrepreneurs.
Gracefull Grind Strategies offers website development, digital strategy consulting, social media and email marketing and other media services to non-profits and other businesses that work to address issues of gun violence, education equity, workforce development and community development.
